What is the challenge and why it was chosen
This can include information about the following:
Your own aspirations and why the art form has been chosen

Reflection on strengths and weaknesses in art form
Your strengths and weaknesses relating to this art form challenge
Unit 1 Part B (P. 36)
Action plan
This can include the following. A timetable. Your targets along the way
What resources or people do yoneed to help you to achieve your challenge
How will you  record your progress
Your plans for reviewing your work

Samples of work
This can include photos, film , audio recording, art work, website
As well as the final product it is also useful to show work in progress

Report on achievements

Peer review/comments
This can be written or recorded but should be from a range of people
Unit 1 Part C (P. 38)
Review of event
This does have to be a live event but it can be an event that comes into the centre. However it must be an Arts related event.

Shared with others
This does not have to be a presentation and discussions can be lead by the adviser. The review could be published on a website or on a notice board and responses from others could be collected or recorded.
Unit 1 Part D (P.40)
Research into
artists/arts organisations through visits or participation
This part is about finding out through experience. Remember to collect all brochures and information about workshops, events, work experience.

How they might develop art form in future and how to get involved in local area
Find out about what else you can get involved in to develop your skills, interests furtherthis might be through jobs,  volunteer placements, workshops, short courses, colleges or universities. Show  all your findings in your portfolio and include a summary about what you’ve found out.

Evidence of project
Evidence for these parts could include video footage, photos, diary entries logging  the progress, programme notes, website pages, CD’s to name just a few
